X-Ray studies we perform

How to prepare
- No preparation is needed for a routine X-Ray.
- Remove jewellery, chains and metal objects from the area being examined.
- Wear clothing without metal buttons, hooks or zips where possible.
- Barium studies need overnight fasting — book these a day in advance.
- Women who may be pregnant must tell the technician before the exposure.
- Bring old films so that changes over time can be compared.

Questions patients ask
Can I get only the film without a report?
Yes, if your treating doctor has asked only for the film. We will still keep the digital copy on record.
Do you provide X-Rays for visa or job fitness?
Yes — chest X-Ray with a signed radiologist report is available for employment and fitness certificates.
Can old X-Rays be retrieved?
Yes. Every study is archived digitally and a copy can be re-issued on request.
